From the first call to a running contract. No ambiguity, no improvised start dates.
Most janitorial problems start in the first 30 days when scope, crew, and expectations are not aligned in writing. Our onboarding process exists to close that gap before the first visit.
We tour the facility with your point of contact. We note floor types, restroom count, high-traffic zones, secured areas, access requirements, and any existing product preferences. The walkthrough takes 20–40 minutes depending on facility size.
We produce a written scope document listing every area, every task, and every frequency. You review it. We adjust it until it is accurate. Nothing is assumed. You sign the scope before we assign a crew.
We assign a consistent crew to your account. You receive the crew supervisor's name and contact information. The crew reviews the scope document before the first visit.
The first visit follows the scope. Anything the crew cannot complete or notes as requiring additional attention is documented and communicated to you the next business day.
At 30 days we contact your point of contact for a structured check-in. We review the scope, address any items that did not meet the standard, and confirm the contract is running as intended. If the scope needs adjustment, we update it in writing.
After the 30-day period, ongoing issues are reported to your crew supervisor directly. Our standard response-time commitment is next business day for non-urgent items and same-day for issues affecting facility operations. We do not route everything through a general inbox; you have a named contact.
