Janitorial FAQs for Wayzata Businesses

Common questions from facilities managers evaluating a janitorial contractor in the West Metro.

Do you provide a written contract?

Yes. Every account runs on a written scope document and a service agreement. The scope lists every task, area, and frequency. The agreement covers term, price adjustment terms, and termination provisions. Both are reviewed and signed before the first visit.

Will the same crew clean our building each visit?

Yes. We assign a consistent crew and a named supervisor to each account. You receive the supervisor's name and direct contact before the first visit. When crew changes are necessary — illness, leave — the supervisor communicates the change in advance.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote. For facilities with specific insurance requirements, request the certificate during the walkthrough and we will confirm coverage before you sign.

What does the walkthrough involve?

We tour the facility with your point of contact. We document floor types, restroom locations, secured areas, access requirements, and your existing preferences. The walkthrough typically takes 20–40 minutes. We use the notes to produce the written scope.

Can you clean during business hours?

Yes. Daytime cleaning is available through our day porter service. If you need specific areas cleaned during the day while the rest of the building is serviced at night, we can structure the scope around that. Access constraints and scheduling windows are discussed during the walkthrough.

What is the minimum contract term?

We offer month-to-month agreements for most account types. Some accounts — particularly those requiring significant upfront coordination like multi-floor facilities or facilities with specialized surface requirements — are structured on 12-month terms. The term is specified in the written agreement and discussed before signing.

Do you supply cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. We supply all cleaning products and equipment unless the facility specifies otherwise. Some facilities have preferred products for regulatory or surface-compatibility reasons; we work with those specifications when they are documented in the scope.

How do I report a cleaning issue?

Contact your assigned crew supervisor directly by name. The supervisor's contact information is provided before the first visit. Standard issues are addressed next business day. Issues affecting facility operations are addressed same day.

Do you serve areas outside Wayzata?

Yes. We cover Wayzata and communities within a 25-mile radius: Orono, Long Lake, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Minnetonka Beach, Medina, Deephaven, and Excelsior. View all service areas.
