We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial janitorial operations. This coverage addresses property damage and bodily injury arising from our work in your facility. A certificate of insurance naming your organization as additionally insured is available upon request and is included with every written quote.
We carry workers' compensation coverage for all crew members. This means that if a crew member is injured while cleaning your facility, the claim runs through our workers' compensation carrier, not your general liability policy. This is a basic requirement for any commercial janitorial contractor entering your building, and we encourage you to verify it for every contractor you evaluate.
We carry a janitorial services bond. A janitorial bond covers theft or dishonesty by crew members while on your premises. It is separate from general liability insurance and provides a specific protection against employee theft in the course of service delivery.
If your facility requires a certificate of insurance before any contractor begins work, request it during the quote process. We provide it before the first visit. If your insurance requirements differ from standard commercial janitorial coverage, let us know during the walkthrough and we will confirm coverage before you sign the scope agreement.
